Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at paulas7@hotmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll review your request within 1-2 business days.

Refunds Without Return (Orders Under $25) For items priced under $25, we will issue a full refund and let you keep the product — no return shipping needed. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund right away.

Refunds Without Return (Low-Cost Items) For lower-cost items, we may issue a full refund and let you keep the product — no return shipping needed. We'll let you know if this applies to your order.

Returns for Higher-Value Items For higher-value items, we'll provide you with a return shipping address (our fulfillment warehouse). Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary by product.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at paulas7@hotmail.com with photos and we'll make it right.
